3. Check that the safety protection devices should be complete and intact. Do not operate machine tools without protective devices

2. Check that the electrical distribution box should be closed firmly and the electrical grounding is good

(II) be careful in work:

1. The machine tool is fixed with a specially assigned person. The operator should stick to his post, operate carefully, and do nothing irrelevant to the work. When leaving the machine tool, stop and cut off the power supply. If the machine tool is not operated by a specially assigned person, the user should stop and cut off the power supply after having the machine tool

2. Knives and timbers should be clamped correctly and fastened firmly

3. The mechanical speed change of transmission and feeding must be carried out after the cutter leaves the workpiece and stops to serve the public

4. Pay attention to the wood without nails to prevent damage to the knife

1. Pay close attention to the operation, lubrication, temperature rise and sound of the machine tool. If any abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. It is no longer simple to work after troubleshooting bottles, films and tires

2. In case of an accident, the machine tool should be stopped immediately, the accident scene should be kept, and the relevant departments should be reported for analysis and treatment

(III) do it carefully after work:

1. Put the operating handle in the non working position and cut off the power supply

3. When it is necessary to reverse the spindle, it is necessary to wait until the tool retreats from the workpiece and the spindle rotation stops before reversing

(IV) woodworking sawing machine:

1. Circular saw machine:

(1) check that the circular saw blade should be installed correctly and firmly before work. The manual turning gear shall rotate flexibly

(2) during sawing, the feeding rate should not be too large. If the speed of the saw blade slows down due to excessive feeding, the wood should be immediately pulled back slightly, and the feeding should be carried out after the number of revolutions is restored

2. Ordinary band saw:

(1) the saw blade should be adjusted properly before work, and the top of the tooth is higher than the end face of the flywheel edge

(2) when adjusting the inclination of the workbench as required, pay attention not to touch the saw blade and clip, and level the workbench in time after the work

(3) during sawing, the feeding rate should not be too large. If the speed of the saw blade slows down due to excessive feeding, the wood should be immediately pulled back slightly, and the feeding should be carried out after the number of revolutions recovers

(4) lower the upper flywheel after operation to loosen the saw blade

(1) before work:

① adjust the saw blade to make it loose and tight, and the top of the tooth is 20 mm higher than the end face of the flywheel edge.

② there are hardwood blocks at the upper and lower rolling heads to clamp the saw blade to prevent the saw blade from swinging, but not too tight to make the saw blade heat.

③ close the wooden protective cover door of the upper flywheel.

(2) Work to:

① when sawing, separate the clutch that regulates the movement of the band saw for adjustment at any time

② always wipe some kerosene or water on the saw blade to lubricate and cool it

③ the upper rolling head slider should be moved to a place 50~100 mm away from the sawn wood

④ the speed of the sports car should be determined according to the volume and texture of the sawn wood
